Chef Soraya is located in the foothills of the Rockies in Boulder, Colorado, where we manufacture and ship all of our products. In late 2011, we broke ground on an expansion project that double our production capacity without doubling our energy consumption!
The new building features R20 exterior walls, an R40 roof, and in-floor ultra-efficient hot water heating, it is 60% more efficient than a conventional rooftop heating units. We also partner with various local companies to recycle and compost, and are working diligently toward becoming a zero waste facility.
Additionally, we go the extra distance to ensure your safety. We have a quality team who cooks and tastes each of the flavors being produced each day. We have a USDA inspector at our facility every day reviewing the manufacturing processes. And, once per year, we have a third-party Food Safety Company audit our facility; we most recently received a Superior Rating.
Please note: Although we use good manufacturing practices to segregate ingredients according to allergen program standards, and rigorously clean our equipment, our products are produced in a facility that processes peanuts, milk, soy, wheat, gluten, egg and tree nut ingredients.
