Since our relaunch earlier this year, we’ve focused on spreading the word on our new and improved recipes and making sure you have easy access to a healthy plant-based meal. But maybe all that good info can get lost without some context behind it. We know that you’re making a good choice for your body and for the planet when choosing a Chef Soraya bowl. In order to make the right choice, it’s important to know what the wrong choice is. And we think we know how to help you figure that out by simply explaining what we’re not.

We aren’t a mac and cheese or a ramen. However, we are an easy, convenient meal that can be just as accessible and easy to make. We are high in protein, fiber, and healthy fats. We have no added sugar and no genetically modified ingredients. We are gluten free and plant based. We are not packed with ingredients that you can’t pronounce and you’re not sure of. Side by side, it’s an easy choice!
